Input format

When your club has decided to go ahead to use the sport-text document the lists of phone numbers need to be input in the following format.

1. Open excel spreadsheet.

2. Save the list and name it as for example U21 or U16 with the club name on it.

3. Highlight the A column

4. on the menu list at the top go into Format and click on cells

5. Click on “number” and bring decimal places down to zero and click on “ok”.

6. When inputting the numbers put them in international format that is drop the “0” and place 353 in front of the code so it should read 35387****** or 35386***** and so on.

Lists can also be sent on by regular mail and sport-text will input the list. If there are difficulties please do not hesitate to contact sport-text.
